Learning through experience

Getting Digital Engagement right is difficult. Keeping up with technology, best practices, and solutions is expensive and time consuming.

The LitmusBox Experience Lab provides a space where agencies and brands can get hands on experience and test ideas.

Inside the lab

Opening in June 2017, our new Experience Lab will have state-of-the-art user engagement where our clients can get hands with the latest in emerging experiences.

We have a 2×2 video wall, multi-touch and transparent video displays, voice automation, audience measurement, signage players, asset management, beacons, mixed and augmented reality, and a Customer 360 center where you can view how users engage across all of these experiences.

Display Wall

High res engagement

Video Wall

Scaling content is not just about size, it's about engaging engaging at a distance and with multiple people at the same time.

Media Players

Controlled experiences

Media Players

Media Players are not just about playing music and videos. They are the driving force behind many of the immersive experiences on emerging devices.

Mobile

On-the-go engagement

Mobile

Mobile is still an important part of user engagement. As more and more devices become Internet aware, creating experiences on mobile becomes more difficult.

Transparent Signage

See-through engagement

Transparent Signage

See-through displays offer a new type of engagement. You can reveal the real world a piece at a time or augment it with custom experiences. These displays open a space rather than closing it off.

Beacons

Location engagement

Beacons

Beacons give a way to engage users in the right place at the right time. Engage with users at every step.

Voice Automation

Speech engagement

Voice Automation

Voice assistants like Amazon Echo and Google Home create entirely new user experiences and interfaces. Voice engagement is intended to be more conversational than web or mobile.

Multi-touch Signage

Hands on engagement

Multi-touch Signage

Large touch displays offer new levels of engagements for almost any industry: retail, museums, hospitality, health care, museums, business. Touch can be configured as a wall or a table.

Audience Measurement

Measured engagement

Audience Measurement

Measurement is the first step in understanding who your users are and how you engage with them across all your experiences.

Mixed Reality

Immersive engagement

Mixed Reality

VR and other immersive experiences are becoming mainstream. New devices will take it from a novelty to a key engagement channel.

User 360

Complete engagement

User 360

Understanding your user at each touch point of engagement is crucial. Building a complete user profile and understanding what makes them unique allows you to create a true relationship.

Prototype Testing

Use our lab to test your content, proof of concepts, and prototypes. Our team can help you build out your ideas and test on real-world devices.

Display walls, touch screens, and transparent displays can be expensive to maintain and simulators often do not show issues with pixels, layout, performance, and how the experience works in a physical world.

We can help you develop and test your experiences in our lab. We partner with many of the leading technology brands so you can evaluate and test your user engagements.
